Privacy notice draft

The tool collects the project conversation a visitor writes, preliminary scope drafts created from that conversation, and—when the visitor creates a testing account—their name, email address, and password hash. It stores project messages and scope revisions in the client dashboard. Visitors are asked not to send passwords, production credentials, customer records, or source code through the tool.

The information is used to help define a possible software project, create a preliminary scope, let the visitor revisit that scope, and determine whether an engineering review makes sense. The current tool does not charge a payment method or subscribe the visitor to marketing messages.

The testing tool sends the project conversation and its current preliminary scope to OpenAI through Moon Studios’ server so the assistant can propose clarifying questions and scope structure. Moon Studios’ server controls the catalog and all displayed estimate calculations. The AI response is requested without OpenAI response storage. Review OpenAI’s current terms and data controls before public launch, and update this notice with the final provider and configuration.

The current implementation stores project and account records in a private application data location used for local testing. It is not yet the planned production database or managed authentication system. That statement must be updated before the tool is made public.
