Do I need to understand the code before I start?

Will Moon always fix the existing code?
No. Sometimes targeted repair is sensible. Sometimes a refactor or rebuild is the more responsible recommendation. That decision follows engineering review, not a universal sales script.

You can receive a preliminary scope and estimate. Complex, unfamiliar, or unclear work stays marked for engineering review until it can be priced responsibly.
Can Moon host and operate my app forever?
The default model is client-owned infrastructure with a documented handoff. Ongoing support or operations must be separately agreed when you need it.
